Each month, our Elevated Evenings pair local producers with chefs, artists, and musicians, transforming ingredients and performances into a shared expression of the Outaouais. Every gathering blends culinary craft and cultural rhythm, inviting guests to taste, listen, and feel the stories that define our region.
Through our Elevated Evenings initiative, Lil B.I.R.D. absorbs the costs of hosting curated industry events, removing financial pressure so participants can focus on discovery and collaboration. Each event is seamlessly organized to foster new introductions, highlight regional producers, and create tangible opportunities for local restaurants, caterers, and beverage operators.
